Q: How will you cater at my home, and what facilities will I need to provide for the catering team?

Q: What are the average costs of your services and menus?

Each event is individually priced according to the style of catering selected, the menu, the number of guests and the number of staff required. The price of all the food items we offer are shown on our enquiry forms which you can see at this link. 

Q: Do you provide bartending services?

Yes, for an additional charge we can provide bartenders for wine, beer and champagne service, as well as for table wine service during dinner.

Q: Do you provide beer, wine and spirits?

No, we are not licensed to sell alcohol, for example, we are not licensed to run a paying bar where the guests themselves pay for the drinks.  However, we are able to serve alcohol provided by the client, for example,  we can serve the client’s drinks at a reception or at dinner or  run a bar serving the client’s alcohol to their guests for free.

Q: How does catering equipment hire work?

We can, for an additional charge, arrange for all basic catering hire needs on your behalf. This does not include marquees, generators or electrics, speciality lighting, sound, transportation or staging. Rental costs vary depending on the size of group, menu design, and what the venue may include in their contract.

Q: What additional equipment will we need to rent if the venue does not provide a professional catering kitchen?

It all depends on the complexity of your menu, and the number of guests. For small private parties at home we can cater with the use of your domestic kitchen. For larger functions, large parties in venues and weddings we will need more space and facilities. For larger events and weddings in venues without a commercial kitchen, for an additional fee we can arrange for oven rental, a hob rental and additional prep tables to be hired in.  For marquee weddings and large functions in addition a catering tent will be required – often this is formed by partitioning off part of the main marquee.  This is arranged by the client through their marquee hire company.
